Delicate and sweet with a pleasant fruity finishing. It is excellent to be served throughout the meal or as an aperitif. The ideal serving temperature is 10-12°C.
The colour is straw yellow with golden reflections, fine and persistent perlage. Fruity aroma with hints of exotic fruits.
